In Turkey, foreign persons can go to the Immigration Office by booking an appointment from the address randevu.goc.gov.tr for the procedures they wish to carry out at the Immigration Office.

After the appointment is booked, in order for the procedure to be carried out at the Immigration Office, the appointment confirmation must be printed out as a PDF from the appointment page and you must have it with you on the appointment day.

How to Book an Immigration Office Appointment?

From this page, you log into the system using the e-Government (e-devlet) option and book an appointment. For this appointment booking, you will need a phone number and a verification code will be sent to you during the appointment booking process.

I cannot get an appointment, what should I do?

In some cases, the system gives errors and it is not possible to book an appointment. In these cases, you should keep trying continuously to get an appointment.

In some cases, the reason for not being able to get an appointment is high demand. In these cases as well, you should try booking an appointment during less busy hours.

It should not be forgotten that you should start trying to book an appointment at least 1 week before you need to carry out the procedure, because finding an appointment for the next day is not always possible.

I do not want to go to the Immigration Office, what should I do?

It is not always necessary for you to go to the Immigration Office in person. By granting a power of attorney to a lawyer only for the relevant procedure, you can have the lawyer carry out your procedures without going to the Immigration Office. After the lawyer receives the power of attorney from you, they will carry out your procedure without booking an appointment and you will not need to go to the Immigration Office or book an appointment.
